Our 11 Step Carpet Cleaning Process

  1. Pre-inspection - Our service technician will conduct a thorough inspection of the carpet and will point out any areas of concern or stains that may be permanent.

  2. Pre-vacuum - Your carpet will be thoroughly vacuumed with a commercial grade vacuum. Removal of dry soil is one of the most important steps in carpet cleaning.

  3. Furniture Moving - Any furniture moving will be discussed thoroughly with the client during the initial pre-inspection. Any furniture will be protected with furniture blocks and tabs.

  4. Preconditioning - The carpet is preconditioned with the appropriate cleaning detergent that is designed for your particular carpet and soiling condition. Whether your carpet is wool, nylon, berber , or pile our technicians will use the products designed for that carpet.

  5. Pre-groom - Our pre-spray is then agitated into the carpet to produce maximum coverage and soil removal.

  6. Rinse and Extract - We thoroughly rinse and extract the carpet with a van mounted hot water extraction process. Our system cleans, sanitizes, and deodorizes the carpet leaving it clean, residue-free, and as dry as possible. Our system is the recommended method by most major carpet manufacturers including Shaw and Mohawk.

  7. Neutralize - Every carpet that we clean is pH balanced to alleviate any soil attracting residue or “crispy” feel to the carpet. 

  8. Post spot treatment - If any spots are not removed during our cleaning process, we employ specialty spotting techniques that all of our technicians are trained at. 

  9. Speed Dry - High velocity air movers are placed on the carpet as we move from room to room to facilitate a quicker drying time. Overnight placement is available if necessary.

  10. Post-grooming - The carpet pile is set using a brush to allow for a faster drying time and for visual appearance.
